Initial Assessment

The initial assessment includes gait cycle analysis as well as static posture photos. These will be looked back on as a reference point and can be referred to by your trainer specifically to assess your progress. Minimal gym clothing is required so the joints and the ribcage are as visible as possible

1-on-1

1-on-1 is FP’s specialty, allowing for time to go in depth on proper technique and movement sequencing. These sessions often yield the best results

Myofascial Release

Fascia is a thin casing of connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fiber and muscle in place. Fascia can become dehydrated and lose mobility. With applied pressure, tension can be relieved.
